Realized Price

Represents the average cost basis of all coins in circulation based on their last on-chain movement

Overview
The Realized Price is one of Bitcoin’s foundational on-chain valuation metrics. Unlike market price, it values each coin at the time it last moved on-chain, offering a more accurate picture of the market’s aggregated cost basis.

Interpretation

  • Market Price > Realized Price: Network in profit → bullish sentiment.
